Small Batch
Food Biz

From bread to spices, pop-ups to sauces, welcome to small-batch bliss in Long Beach, California!

This curated list aims to help locals discover small locally-owned food businesses that may not be easy to spot, due to popping up in various locations, using shared and home kitchens. Many would classify as micro-enterprise food businesses, which we believe are crucially important to a strong, healthy food economy of scale.

Aside from this longer list, we also invite locals to download and print our November 2025 short list of small food businesses - Post it on your fridge or share it with a friend!
